Commercial terms offered to customers

When you purchase an item, you agree to the following: (i) you are responsible for reading the complete listing of the item/product/service before committing to purchase it: (ii) you commit to enter into a legally binding contract for the purchase of a item/product/service when you commit to purchase and complete the checkout payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return and refund policy

For any intact product, simply return it with the accessories and packaging included together with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will exchange for another product or offer a refund based on your original payment method. Please note the following: (i) Products can only be returned to the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products cannot be returned: [digital products].

Reservation of the right to modify the offer

We may, without notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

Guarantees and responsibilities for services and products

When we receive complaints about a product purchased from us, the warranty for which is valid, we will repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a time ragionevole, il cliente avrà diritto a un rimborso completo al momento della restituzione del prodotto. Intellectual property rights, copyrights and logos

Right to suspend or cancel your account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. You may be asked to stop using the service/site and may also be asked to cancel your account and/or services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary above, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions and paid services, such subscriptions will only be suspended upon expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FMT from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the Website or any of the services offered on the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FMT be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other losses intangible, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FMT assumes no liability for (i) errors, errors, or inaccuracies in the content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any and all such claims and disputes will be submitted to, and you hereby consent to, their exclusive adjudication by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Trieste. The application of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is expressly included.

FMT offers its users the ability to create communities for users of their websites, in order to interact with those users. It is important to know that a user of the website can always decide to make use of the opt-out and therefore leave the community, and in this case, the profile of that user will not be publicly visible.
